Pushwinder Raghvani. BSc. MSc. BCBA.
Clinical Director. Behavioural Consultant.
Co-founder.

Pushwinder has experience working with children from the ages of 18 months to 15 years. Her passion has always been to work with children with special needs and has supported families at home and in educational settings. Pushwinder offers behaviour consultancy to parents with children at home, school, nurseries and private clinics. She is empathetic to her client needs and will work together to develop an individualised programme that caters for them. She works in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams that provide additional support for families. Client health, safety and happiness directs her to establish a programme to help the child learn in a fun, positive environment. Pushwinder adopts strategies and techniques that are scientifically proven to help teach skills providing successful learning environments.
Pushwinder has a BSc in Human Communication and Law, MSc in Applied Behavioural Analysis. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.

Petra Burton. BSc Psychology.

Petra is a dedicated ABA practitioner with over 20 years of experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disorders. In this time, she has worked with children from age 24 months to young adults.  Petra has worked on home-based ABA programs and in schools and nurseries.  Petra is proficient in setting up and delivering ABA programs, training parents and tutors and collaborating with mainstream schools and nurseries. She is determined to problem solve and is committed to supporting her families in delivering consistent interventions to help improve the quality of life for the lives of children and their families. Petra is very experienced, compassionate and applies excellent common sense and loves to apply a hands-on approach in her work. Petra always aims to achieve the highest potential in children with special educational needs in all areas of their development.
